With the recent advances in fifth-generation cellular system (5G), enabling vehicular communications has become a demand. The ad hoc network (VANET) is promising paradigm that enables communication and interaction between vehicles other surrounding devices, e.g., vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications. However, such networks faces many challenges due to mobility of vehicles. One these design handover schemes manage at intersection coverage regions. To this end, work considers developing novel seamless efficient scheme for V2X-based networks. developed manages process while move two neighboring roadside units (RSU). mechanism introduced multilane bidirectional roads. implemented by multiple-access edge computing (MEC) connected RSUs improve implementation time make faster. considered MEC platform deploys an controller implements control software-defined networking (SDN) network.
